ailoandesk is operated by Cephic LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“we”, “us”). These terms govern use of the ailoandesk website and service. By creating an account, or by using a secure link we send you, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

We provide software that lenders and brokers use to collect loan applications and supporting documents, and to generate loan forms from the answers given. We are a software provider. We are not a lender, a broker or a credit adviser, we take no part in any lending decision, and nothing in the service is an offer of credit or financial advice.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details on your account, for keeping credentials confidential, and for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly at info@ailoandesk.com if you believe an account has been compromised. We may suspend an account that is being used unlawfully or in a way that threatens the service.

A lender using the service decides whose information goes into it. If you are a lender, you confirm that you have the right to give us each applicant’s information, that you have obtained the consents your own regulator and applicable law require, and that where you record an applicant’s mobile number you have obtained that applicant’s consent to be contacted by text message about their loan application. You will keep a record of that consent and produce it if we ask.

Programme. ailoandesk sends transactional text messages on behalf of the lender you are dealing with. Messages are limited to one-time verification codes, the secure link to your own loan application, reminders about documents still outstanding, and billing notices to lender account holders. This is not a marketing programme and we do not send promotional messages.

Consent. You are enrolled only after giving your mobile number and agreeing to be contacted about your loan application. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase and is not a condition of obtaining credit.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies with the progress of an application, typically one to six messages. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s charges are between you and your carrier.

Opting out. Reply STOP, STOPALL, END, CANCEL, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message and we will stop texting that number. You will receive one confirmation. To start again, reply START, YES or UNSTOP.

Help. Reply HELP or INFO to any message, or write to info@ailoandesk.com.

Carriers. Delivery is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Tell us if your mobile number changes so that messages about your application do not reach someone else.

Do not use the service to break the law, to upload malicious code, to attempt to reach data belonging to another account, to probe or overload the infrastructure, or to send anyone messages they have not consented to receive.

Paid plans are billed in advance on the terms shown when the plan is bought, and usage-based charges such as the AI assistant are billed in arrears and itemised per loan file. Fees are exclusive of tax. Unpaid invoices may lead to suspension after notice.

The documents and answers you put into the service remain yours. You grant us the licence needed to host, process and display them so that we can provide the service, including generating forms and running the AI review of a file. We do not use your content to train general-purpose models.

We work to keep the service available, but it is provided “as is” and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Generated loan forms are a starting point produced from the answers given, and the lender remains responsible for reviewing them before use. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate for material breach that is not cured within thirty days of notice. On termination you may export your data for thirty days, after which we may delete it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may change these terms. Material changes will be notified to account holders by email before they take effect, and the effective date above will be updated. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the change.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and the courts of Dallas County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction.
